Our Customers
As a small business it’s probably even more difficult to objectively assess your own standards of service. A lot of lip-service is played to this sort of thing but, quality and service is genuinely important to us so we’ve used an online survey system to provide our customers with an anonymous way of telling us what they think.
We’ve been doing this periodically since January 2008 and here are some of the results (last survey conducted Jan 2012):-

This is a well-thought-out survey, I hope some of your other clients give you more informative feedback though - all I can think of to say is: you are right at the head of your game, the information that you provide eg: about negotiating the Severn Bridge is brilliant and you even managed it in Spanish by fiddling about with the translator thingy that I can't be bothered with - I was so impressed.”
